Shoschana Zusman has been recognized by Chambers & Partners’ the Latin American Guide as “Most in Demand Arbitrator” for the last four years.
Ms. Zusman’s most salient attributes are the detailed study of each case; the scrupulous assessment of the facts; her capacity to engage with and understand the technical aspects of a dispute; the rigor of the legal analysis; the clarity and forcefulness of her arguments and, especially, her vocation to impart justice.
Until April 2017, and since 2007, she was arbiter named by the Republic of Peru to the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

- Principal Professor in Civil Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School.
- Courses taught include Legal Act, Introduction to Civil Law, Guarantees and Torts.
- Introduced the teaching of Legal Skills at thePontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School (2003).
