LEGAL SKILLS

Shoschana Zusman has designed the course of Legal Skills aiming at enabling students to handle real problems. The course deals with aspects such as the legal formulation of the problem, cost-benefit analysis, and ethical dilemmas presented along the way. Specifically, the course seeks to develop competencies in legal reasoning, writing, communication, cost-benefit analysis, handling of unforeseen or difficult situations, teamwork learning, adversary psychology, management and project management skills, time management, and other skills necessary for the practice of the profession.

During the course, role-playing activities, writing exercises, and oral communication exercises are carried out, where the teacher guides and eases the evaluation and joint assessment with the students in the execution of each skill.
